General Terms & Conditions:

Web Care Solutions Limited (“GSM Solutions”) accepts no responsibility for any damage to client hardware, loss of client software, loss of client data or loss of client data and misuse by a third party. GSM Solutions reserves the right to use refurbished replacement parts when deemed suitable. All smartphone and tablet repairs carry a 3-month parts warranty. Warranties do not cover physical or liquid damage. We do not take responsibility for ‘touch disease’ faults or on the iPhone. iPhones with Touch ID/Face ID function on the home button and waterproofing of a screen if replaced will lose this functionality as this is a factory setting by Apple. Full payment must be received before items will be returned to customers. If payment is not made in full within 30 days of first notice of completed job the item will be considered abandoned and full ownership will transfer to GSM Solutions. All items will be considered abandoned after 30 days of first notification of job complete this is also applicable to secondhand appraisal jobs.

GSM Solutions requires either the original service job form or suitable photographic ID on the collection of devices. Water-resistant devices will no longer remain resistant after opened for service.

WARRANTIES: There is a 3-month return to base warranty on repairs and repaired parts from GSM Solutions. Warranty only covers faulty products which have been used for their intended purpose. Please talk to your insurance advisor for any software, physical or surge damage-related issues as warranties do not cover these. If the warranty is contested then the customer must be prepared to wait for a reasonable time (which can be up to two weeks) for the device to be checked by the vendor and extra charges may apply. LIQUID DAMAGED REPAIRS GSM Solutions can attempt to repair any Mobile Device with liquid damage but there is NO WARRANTY on any liquid damage repairs. The device sent for repair within 24-48 hours has the highest success rate for major repairs of water/liquid damage. Minor damage i.e. sticky keys or replaceable parts can be successfully repaired after this time. Insurance Claims are the best outcome for liquid damage. GSM Solutions is a third-party independent repairs specialist. ITEMS HELD BY GSM SOLUTIONS Mobile Devices If not fully paid off and collected or a quote left pending for more than 90 days the item will be recycled and GSM Solutions will dissolve all liabilities (90 days adhere to all electronic devices). Refund Policy:

GSM Solutions do not provide refund for change of mind. 
Any purchased product/repair cost include 90 days Return to Base warranty for any manufacturing defect. Warranty excludes any physical or liquid damage on the device/purchased product.
If any purchased product/repaired device has any manufacturing defect within warranty period, GSM Solutions will rectify the issue by repairing the replaced parts (for repair) or replacing online purchased product (limited to accessories only). Any return shipment must be paid by client. Alternatively, visit our GSM Solutions store anytime during our business hours for the repair/replacement (depending upon situation).
